{OOC}Sorry about the length of this one, it’s a bit shorter than my last. But it’s not length that matters now is it.{OOC}
]It’s a very chilly mourning. We open up at the same hotel as last time, as we go into the room and see Xander Cage and Amber sitting on the bed, talking. We then zoom around to the TV, and we see The Game Changers talking trash, but it’s obviously on mute.
“Do you see those idiots? They are probably talking about how they are going to be the next Tag Champions. They really piss me off. How could they possible treat a woman like that! I’m going to kick their asses.” Says Xander while looking at the Television. He hasn’t been this mad in ages.
“Calm down baby. Save it for the ring. As much as I agree, I think your best bet would be to stay calm. You’ve done a good job so far. What has suddenly sparked this aggression, babe?” Says Amber trying to help Xander calm down. She doesn’t want him to get out of control. Recently, she has been shown a video from SWC, back when Xander went by Chris Chaos. Back then; Cage had no feelings for anyway. His anger would always get the best of him, and she is afraid the same thing might happen now. She cannot let that happen. She wants to keep the man she fell in love with the same.
“Amber, this is no longer about tag team gold. This is now about revenge. And as for what sparked this aggression…let’s just say it’s something in the past. Something that I deeply regret ever doing, no matter how much of a bitch she was.” Xander explains this with a look of anger on his face. Memories are now starting to pour back into his head. Memories of Elizabeth, the girl who cheated on him, his first wife; but, those aren’t good memories. People would always laugh at her for dating her. Telling him that she was a whore, and that she couldn’t be trusted. He would always stick up for her. But one day, he caught her with another man, and not only did he kick the man out of the house. But he also hit Liz. This is something in his past that he has never told anybody about. Something that he wishes he could forget.
“Promise me you won’t get to carried away. I don’t want you to get hurt, and to be honest. I don’t want you to hurt them that bad either. You could lose your job over this. Don’t get carried away, whatever you do.” Says Amber, now concerned about her boyfriend’s well being. What if he does lose his job? Or what if he gets carried away and accidentally seriously injures one of them guys. She’s right, he could lose his job if he isn’t careful. Hopefully it won’t come to that.
“I can’t promise anything. Sometimes my anger gets the best of me Am. If that happens, there is no telling what will happen, but I’m sure it won’t get too bad. There are plenty of people in the back who could easily hold me back. I just hope these two know whom they are messing with. I may be small, but I am a fast little Canadian.” Explains Cage as his face begins to turn red. He is either embarrassing himself, or is even more pissed off that before. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen him like this. A year, maybe even longer, will his anger actually get the best of him?
“Oh, well, at least be careful. I don’t know what I would do if you were to get hospitalized. Where would I go?” Say Amber while worrying about what could happen. She’s right, what would Cage were to get hospitalized. She has no job, and she can’t work right now do to health issues. How would they even pay for the bills? A hospital room is very expensive.
“I don’t know, but don’t worry. I’m pretty sure that won’t happen. Even if it does, out of all the times I’ve been injured, I’ve gotten out after a month. Injures can’t keep me down, nothing can.” Xander says; letting Amber know that everything is going to be all right. Now he is beginning to calm down. Not much longer and his anger should be completely gone, just hopefully nothing will spark it back up. After all, he doesn’t want to set a bad example for his new girlfriend. Amber puts his head on his shoulder and gives him a big hug as the scene fades out.
